Hampton Inn & Suites Flagstaff - West

The room was very comfortable. The two young ladies at the front desk were very welcoming.

The toilet almost over flowed a few times. When we called down to front desk she said we could come down for a plunger. Thought maintenance should have done that. Maybe I'm wrong. Just thought it odd for a guest to do plumbing.

The hotel was in a good location, very clean, and friendly staff.

Fast and courteous check-in and check-out, excellent breakfast, h elpful staff, clean and well-appointed rooms.

would've liked a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave, coffee maker)

Amazing place with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. The staff helped me with my suitcases on my first stay, and I remember their kindness. I highly recommend it for a cozy getaway.

they upgraded us to a suite and the room was very nice

I booked on Booked.net for $100.00. I was charged $133.00 so I had to call. the manager changed the amount... reluctantly and was a little rude.

Room was ok. The hotel was pretty inside.

Didn't get the room we booked on line, we had pool and hot tub accommodation but it was too small and always over packed with screaming kids. Closed at 10 when that was reason for wanting to book this hotel for the inside hot tub. Won't go back

comfortable stay but missing bathroom amenities

The location offered easy access to shopping and dining options. The breakfast selection was satisfying and fresh.

The bathroom lacked some basic amenities, a slight inconvenience.

Pool was dirty, and television could never stay on a channel.

The reception was good, the room was clean, honored my request for a high level, breakfast & split my bill with my friend on two credit cards!

Family with children, good for a short stay

The room was one of the recently renovated ones and that decor? Impressively modern. He loved it!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still, acceptable all things considered.

I liked seeing the collage girls and the front desk ladies.

That I took my wife and kids on the trip cause damn, I saw alot of hot ladies that looked yummy.

Everything was perfect, modern hotel, the location was easy near to Grand Canyon and Sedona and many restaurants and stores and gas station walking distance. Very professional and incredibly helpful staff, provided useful info.

We had a blast chilling here! The room was huuuge and the bed was like a cloud. The breakfast spread was legit-waffles and mango smoothies were a hit. Only thing? Definitely a cozy home base for exploring the area!

It's very close to stores and restraunts which is very nice

Room was kind of small. I think a hotel room should have at least one chair that is comfortable to sit in but I can see why this one didn't because there was no room for one

I could hear the neighboring room use their hot tub , and it sounded as if it was right in my room. Way too obnoxious.
